Payroll – it needs to be on time, and it needs to be accurate. Gross pay, benefits, garnishments, and taxes all need to be accurately calculated, and remittances need to be made on time.

How much will it cost? That’s the biggest concern that most of us have. I understand that discussing pricing makes most of us uncomfortable. That’s why I ensure I have a deep understanding of your specific needs, complete clarity into the work I will deliver, and 100% confidence that I can deliver before I take you on as a client.
My pricing factors in several variables. It is dependent on the services provided, complexity of those services, volume, time involved, timing of reporting, and other factors.
To eliminate any concerns or uncertainty, I provide up-front pricing for all my services. For most one-time projects (clean up, set up, etc.), I charge 50% upfront and 50% due near completion of the project. I accept ACH and credit card payment.
Payment for services provided monthly are due on the first of each month and are automatically charged via ACH.
